Terms of Service

AlHulqa provides software tools for organizing vaults and currencies, customer accounts, remittances, bank accounts, branches and permissions, and reporting. The software is not itself a bank or a licensed money transfer provider acting on a user's behalf.

A separate agreement with a subscribing business may set out subscription, support or other specific obligations; these terms apply alongside it where relevant.

AlHulqa is for businesses and users the business has authorized to access it for lawful work. The business must decide who may access the platform, review permissions and ensure its activities meet the laws and rules that apply to it.

Users must protect their login details, avoid sharing accounts and report suspected unauthorized access to their business administrator or our support team. Businesses should manage user onboarding, departures and permissions appropriately.

The business using AlHulqa is responsible for the accuracy of information its users enter, checks and approvals, keeping required documents and records, and executing and settling its transactions under its procedures and obligations. AlHulqa provides organizational and oversight tools; it does not replace professional judgment or the business's legal and accounting responsibilities.

Some future functions may depend on third-party services, their terms and their availability. WhatsApp Business Platform integration is in preparation. If launched, it will depend on Meta's service, approvals and the business's settings. WhatsApp will be a channel for requests and communication; review, approval, execution and settlement will remain inside AlHulqa.

We aim to operate and maintain the service reasonably, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or because of technical issues or circumstances outside our control. We may update functions and fix issues as the product develops, and will explain changes that materially affect use when appropriate.

We may suspend a user or business's access where there is unauthorized use, a security risk, or a material breach of these terms or an applicable agreement, taking account of the circumstances and contractual or legal obligations.

Responsibilities, warranties and remedies are governed by applicable agreements and law. To the extent permitted by law, AlHulqa is not responsible for a business's financial decisions, the accuracy of data entered by its users, or outages of external services beyond our control.
