Request data deletion

Email our support address with the subject “AlHulqa data deletion request.” Include the business or account name, a way to reply to you, and a specific description of the information you want removed. If the request concerns a WhatsApp message or request after that integration is enabled, include the relevant phone number and approximate date without sending extra sensitive information.

We may ask for further information to verify the requester's identity and authority. Where data belongs to a business account, we may need confirmation from its authorized administrator before deleting or changing records. We will reply by email to explain the steps and outcome.

Some records may need to be retained to meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes or protect the service. In that case, we will explain what can be deleted or restricted, what must be retained and why. AlHulqa does not currently offer an automated data deletion API.
