A business using AlHulqa is responsible for the information it enters and for deciding which users may access it, in line with its relationship with customers. AlHulqa operates the platform and processes information needed to provide and maintain the service.

Information we may process

  • Account and user information: names, contact details, login information, roles, permissions and activity records needed for security and operations.
  • Business information: organization name, branches, settings, and administrative contact details.
  • Operational information: vault and currency records, customer accounts, remittances, bank accounts, internal financial operations and reports entered or generated during use.
  • Contact and support information: messages you send us and the contact details you include.
  • Public website visit data: the hosting infrastructure may process an IP address and basic request information needed to deliver pages and protect the service. This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

WhatsApp data if the integration is enabled

The WhatsApp Business Platform integration is still in preparation and is not currently a production service. If enabled, we may process a phone number, message or request content and related metadata needed to handle it, and identifiers supplied by Meta, depending on the enabled function and the business's settings.

WhatsApp is a channel for communication and creating requests. Review, approval, execution and settlement stay within AlHulqa under the business's procedures.

Why we use information

  • To provide the service and manage accounts, permissions and operations requested by authorized users.
  • To help a business review its records and reports and respond to support requests.
  • To protect the service, diagnose issues and address misuse.
  • To meet applicable contractual or legal obligations where required.

Access and security

AlHulqa supports roles and permissions to organize access within a business. We use technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the service and limit operational access to what is needed to provide or protect it. No technical measure guarantees absolute security, so safeguards are reviewed as the service develops.

Sharing and third-party platforms

Information may be shared as needed with hosting or technical service providers that support the service, or with competent authorities where law requires it. If WhatsApp integration is enabled, information sent through it will also be processed by Meta under WhatsApp Business Platform policies. We do not sell usage data for advertising, and this public website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, handle requests or disputes, or meet applicable legal or accounting requirements. The actual period depends on the type of record and the business's relationship with the platform. Deletion requests are reviewed against these obligations.

Questions, corrections and deletion

You can contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of your information. If the information belongs to a business account, we may need to coordinate with an authorized administrator and verify the requester's identity before acting. See the Data Deletion page for practical steps.
